West Palm Beach, Florida - April 27th, 2009 - The National Sport Compact Racing Association (NSCRA) will be heading to Palm Beach International Raceway on May 3rd, 2009 to bring the most intense sport compact drag racing action the Southeast has ever seen. With eight classes of drag racing action including bracket and heads-up, over 20 car show classes, a Caribbean food court, music and entertainment, NSCRA events are guaranteed to entertain fans and enthusiasts of all ages and interests. Come out and support the never-ending growth of Sport Compact Drag Racing on May 3rd at Palm Beach International Raceway.
"After our initial event on April 4th, 2009, we sat down with the racers and the spectators to take-in their feedback and criticism to help improving the NSCRA experience. We look forward to our May 3rd event which will be the first event to count towards the points and championship chase in the Southeast Region," said John Brown co-founder of the NSCRA. "With each event we hope to garner the attention of additional sponsors and media partners in order to continue growing the NSCRA."

The NSCRA is also proud to announce a partnership with Digital Advent Media LLC. "We know the importance of working with the media in getting our racers and sponsors the exposure they deserve. Digital Advent Media LLC has developed one of the most innovative multimedia websites - http://www.tunerzine.com - for the sport compact market," said John Brown. "Digital Advent Media LLC will not only assist us in providing coverage of all the NSCRA events, but will also work with other media outlets to ensure that they benefit from covering NSCRA events. In addition, they will be assisting the NSCRA in designing promotional materials, launching marketing campaigns and developing NSCRA's new interactive website."

The NSCRA has launched a new website that focuses on the drivers and the sponsors in addition to providing event information. The new website features live updates from events, full galleries of event coverage, interactive driver profiles and much more. "We are excited to launch the new website which will allow fans and spectators to interact with the racers from the NSCRA. We are focused on helping the racers get the exposure they need for their sponsors, as well as bridging the gap between our sponsors and the consumer. The marketing opportunities offered through our new website will be innovative and is guaranteed to set a new standard for all motorsports sanctioning bodies."

The first 2,500 paying spectators will receive free 12x18-inch posters designed to highlight the pre-season event's winners. This not only helps market the drivers that successfully piloted their vehicle to the winner's circle, but their vehicle sponsors and the NSCRA's event sponsors as well. Drivers featured on this poster will be available for an autograph signing session on May 3rd, 2009 and are as follows: Jason Greenawalt / Mazworx / PRL Racing S15, Vijay Ramkissoon / Big Daddy Supra, Pimar Racing RX-7, Ken Scheepers / Mazda RX-8, Gerardo Guardiola / Central Florida Turbo Civic, Abel Bugos / Mazda RX-7.
