The 4th annual Chrysler Dodge Festival proved that American tuners and enthusiasts are far from abandoning their domestic manufacturers. Held right across the street from the Daimler Chrysler office in Irvine, CA, the festival brought out hundreds of 300Cs, Chargers and Challengers. One of the things that really caught our eye and appealed to us was Samuel Hubinette and his crew of drift vehicles.
