Formula Drift headed to Englishtown to put down some great sideways actions for its fans. Last year's champion, Tanner Foust, conquered the podium in his AEM sponsored 350Z. Second place went to Tyler McQuarrie in the JIC Magic Porsche, the first time a Porsche has ever gotten podium in Formula Drift history. Congrats to Tyler McQuarrie! Teammates Rhys Millen and Daijiro Yoshihara rounded off third and fourth place respectively.
The points chase is ever so tight, and we are interested to see how it plays out for the rest of the year. An interesting tidbit to note is the dominance of American vehicles in the top 10. We have Samuel Hubinette's Viper, Diajiro's GTO, a pair of Solstices from Tuerck and Millen, Gittin JR's Mustang, Conrad's Corvette, Darren McNamara's Saturn Sky. The only imports to be seen are Forsberg's 350Z, Foust's 350Z and Takatori's Skyline. What awaits the rest of this year's exciting Formula Drift season?
