Pure Evil

A wise old senile man once said “never trust a woman that looks her best in black!” what he meant exactly we’re not sure, but we think it has something to do with late night strip clubs and female county troopers. Either way black is the color of mystery, fear, and vastness. All three of which can describe this obsidian-like 1993 Supra that churns out over 1,000 fire-breathing horsepower.

So we’ll get to the good stuff first, the belly of the temptress. The motor is over exhausted with power parts to get the job done. BATL-Ground built a custom 81/88mm turbo to force gobs of oxygen into the lungs, which are filled with JE pistons, Ferria valves, Crower springs, Crower cams, and other high-horsepower necessities. For brains the Supra uses an AEM computer wideband with CDI, and to push the brain to the limits and perform its best, a Nitrous Express direct port kit was installed for maximum power. A GReddy 3-row intercooler keeps the massive turbo from blushing, and to top it all off, CBR 900 coil packs are used to provide the fire. The power is transferred to the wheels through a GM Turbo 400 and TCE 4500 stall with trans brake.

Pure Evil

Anything and everything that could be painted black, was made black. The Volk GT-N 18×9 front and 18×13 (yes, that’s a 13) were custom pained black to give the car the unmistakably menacing look. The 335 wide tires in the rear note that this Supra means business. This Supra doesn’t need flashy stickers to advertise its prowess, instead it has a sleek Do-Luck and custom widened TRD body kit, oh and did we mention the 335 wide tires? The lights were updated to the 98 model for a cleaner look and brighter roads.

The interior is nothing to write home about, but it has all the necessities such as a S&W 6-point roll cage, and plenty of gauges to keep the lady in black running smoothly. Most of the detail gauges are Dakota digital, while a TRD 10,000rpm tach relays an accurate reading of the burbling engine. An AEM wideband and HKS EVC EZ round out the mix of interior devices that keep this engine running better than the day she was stock. As mentioned before about painting things black, the dash is no exception.

Sexy woman in black are warned to not be trusted, but who said you can’t have a little fun with them? This may not be the car you’d like to drive around everyday, but it sure would be one you’d remember for that one wild and crazy ride.
