For the foreigners that don’t reside in sunny Ft. Lauderdale Florida, visiting the city is always the center of a tourist attraction. A decision like this can actually be compared to building a car; the owner is conflicted with what kind of car to build and how to spend his hard earned money. Every visitor to a theme park has a love for something different than the person standing next to them. This can be paralleled over to a car owner and enthusiast. The car that they love and wish to build can be extreme opposites from the person parked next to them. This is a story of a FWD Audi TT 1.8T in a glossy white finish. Owner Juan Nunez went out of his way to do a clean build on this TT.

On the bright white TT coupe, KW coilovers in a Variant 1 stage were installed to achieve the height and handling Nunez desired. The TT continues on with a pair of Neuspeed sway bars for the front and the rear. With the car lowered the way Nunez needed, it was time to call up his favorite wheel and tire manufacturer for some new décor. On all four corners of the TT are iForged wheels. Residing behind each wheel on are bright red calipers from ECS Tuning.

Sometimes the wheels make the package on a car, but it’s hard to not notice the rest of the body modifications to make the cars stand out from their stock counterparts. The TT was kept mild and clean, with Nunez equipping the chassis with a DMC front lip, DMC front lip side splitters, and a Mattig rear diffuser. The rear of the TT seems rather lacking from the factory, but Nunez took care of that concern with an OSIR Telson carbon fibre wing and an Uberhaus rear roof spoiler. The front grille was also too standard for Nunez, so he scraped it for a unit from Caractere. The most impressive modification to the entire exterior of the vehicle though is the set of Lamborghini-Style doors on the TT. Nunez notes that it’s the first set done in North America, and only the second set in the world to have such a conversion on a TT.
The 1.8T engine has been upgraded with an Audi Performance Racing stage 3 turbo kit with matching ECU tuning. The TT’s performance didn’t stop there as a running high-flow cat system to a Milltek 2.5" exhaust was also bolted on. Behind its front bumper is a Forge Motorsport front mount intercooler. Nunez also opted to swap out the intake manifold with an Extrude Hone 225 series unit. A custom brushed aluminum airbox with RAM air inlets were setup to help the car breathe along with a Forge Motorsport 007 diverter valve. Drivetrain modifications differ once again between the two cars. To help get all the 310hp to the ground on the TT is the addition of a Quaife limited slip differential. A SPEC stage 2 clutch replaced the smoked out stock unit and a B&M short shifter was the finishing touch on the TT.

From the inside of the TT, an AWE turbo boost gauge monitors its psi blowout. An ABT shift knob is easy in reach to the driver that now sits comfortably in several Limited Edition interior modifications. The majority of the interior accessories has been swapped out for Limited Edition pieces, including the brake lever, instrument frame, interior door grab handles to name a few.

With a clean build out of this white TT, we couldn’t help but make it this month’s cover car. Nicely done Audi TT’s just can’t help but be admired and shared to the general public.
