When looking for a perfect car to market to the masses for 2006, Charge Speed and Versus Motorsports knew they had to find something that was a huge player in the market. Having the opportunity arise to get their hands on a true JDM right hand drive STi, Charge Speed knew they didn’t have to look any further for the perfect car. Completely dressed in full Charge Speed goods, the STi has been transformed from a straight lined daily driver to a wide body show car. The Super GT wide body kit consists of pretty much every body panel you can think of, including front and rear fenders, rear wide door panels, front and rear bumpers and side skirts. Plenty of carbon fiber goods have found their way onto the car as well including trunk, center diffuser in the front bumper and mirrors.

Being mainly a show car to market Charge Speed’s product line, they also decked out the interior with Charge Speed’s seats, shoulder pads, shift knob and reinforcement floor bar. The suspension goods all come from Charge Speed as well, including their drift series under chassis reinforcements and adjustable sport suspension. Performance has been kept to a slight minimum, with the majority of Charge Speed’s performance upgrades bolted onto motor: cold air intake, and drift series exhaust system just to name a few.

Completing the entire exterior and doing a fantastic job of bringing out the widebody of the car is a Show Up Ekishow paint job. Starting with a red base and completed with a Maple finish, this one of a kind paint job really sets this STi apart from the crowd. Depending on whichever angle you look at it, it’s a whole new shade. On all four corners are Racing Hart’s Takechi Project Type-CX wheels in a 19-inch variety. Wrapped with Dunlop’s Direzza tire this STi is ready to roll wherever it needs to go.

It’s without a doubt in our minds that Charge Speed’s STi is the perfect way to garner attention towards the brand name. Being a true right hand drive STi goes a long way, and its widebody styling and unique paint job makes it one of a kind.
