Vehicle Competitor Registration
Each vehicle registration comes with two entry passes for our Chicago car show which will be provided upon vehicle move-in. These entry passes are valid for Friday, Saturday and Sunday, at both TUNER GALLERIA and World of Wheels (valued at $51 each). Vehicle competitors are allowed to enter the convention center one hour prior to daily show times.

As an added benefit, each vehicle entry also receives two complimentary raffle tickets for the chance to win an Apple iPad 16GB with Wi-Fi (valued at $499.00). The winner will be selected live during the award ceremony on Saturday night!


In addition, each vehicle entry comes with two complimentary go-karting vouchers redeemable at Melrose Park Indoor Grand Prix. Each go-karting voucher (valued at $26.00 each) includes a daily license, a headsock, and an eight minute race around the track.

Fire Regulations
Any vehicle must have no more than 1/4 tank of gas and the battery disconnected during the duration of the event.

Move-in
The Donald E Stephens Convention Center - Rosemont will be available for vehicle move-in from 12:00PM to 8:00PM on Friday, March 4, 2011. There will be absolutely no move-in allowed Saturday, March 5, 2011.

Vehicle placement is on a first come first serve basis. Car crews need to caravan together during move-in in order to guarantee placement together. Teams are encouraged to be creative on their group display.

Show management reserves the right to refuse vehicles that are not in presentable condition.

Award Ceremony
The vehicle award ceremony takes place at 9:45PM on Saturday, March 5, 2011. Award winners will be promptly posted on the Tuner Galleria website.

Move-out
Move-out is immediately following the close of the show at 10:30PM on Saturday, March 5, 2011. No extended move-out exceptions are allowed.

While some of us were busy enjoying SEMA, Gurnade was working hard on this fresh Honda S2000.  The once mild vehicle is now sporting a wild Voltex bodykit and oh-so-clean Enkei wheels.  Other details include a GReddy intercooler, Recaro seats, color-matched roll cage, and detached hardtop.

SEMA 2010 is right around the corner which means plenty of SEMA-built vehicles are being built.  GM has launched a campaign on Facebook to show the world how GM rolls into SEMA and we are throwing a shameless plug to garner up some votes for our favorite Chevy Camaro heading over to Las Vegas this year.  So head on over to GM's Facebook Page and vote for your favorite Silverado HD and Chevy Camaro.  The winning vehicles will be on display at the GM booth and we'll all know who brought it there.

September 8th, 2010 Laguna Niguel, CA - Tjin Edition continues to push the envelope and step outside the box with their latest project, a brand new 2011 Ford Mustang 5.0 GT. Over the past 7 years, Tjin Edition has partnered with some of the top OEM manufacturers in the world including Chevy, Pontiac, Scion, and Honda; this year for the first time ever Tjin Edition will be joining forces with Ford Motor Company.

Tjin Edition led by Neil, Mei, Gene, and Collin Tjin along with Brian Garin and Mike Hyun from Real Auto Works in Long Beach, California will have their hands full as they are completely transforming a brand new black 2011 Ford Mustang 5.0 GT for this years SEMA show.

Tjin Edition teamed up with Josh Cloud from Gurnade Design Firm, and Cloud was put in charge of producing the rendering for the Tjin Edition Ford Mustang 5.0 GT. As with all Tjin Edition projects, the Mustang 5.0 GT will be completely stripped, gutted, and transformed into a truly impressive piece of automotive machinery. With the new 5.0 -V8 motor in place, it comes as no surprise that Tjin Edition has teamed up with Vortech Superchargers, MagnaFlow Exhaust, American Racing Headers, Nitrous Express and Royal Purple.

Besides the "GO" aspect of this build, this Tjin Edition Ford Mustang 5.0 GT will be sporting a custom DuPont Cromax Pro paint job, which will be handled by Luis Rodriguez from L&R Paint and Body in Orange, California. This one of a kind Mustang will also be outfitted with a Webasto sunroof, Unique Fabrication metal wing, Light WurkZ LED headlights and fog lights, Ignited HID's, StreetGlow lighting, custom Third Shift Studio emblems, Trent Trick Upholstery bolts, and a custom designed Tjin Edition / Gurnade body kit, which will be produced by Extreme Dimensions.

The Tjin Edition Ford Mustang 5.0 GT suspension will be highly modified with a brand new, fully digital air suspension kit from Air Lift, and an Eibach anti-roll kit and trailing arms. The Mustang fenders will be tucking a custom set of brand new 20" Forgestar CF5 (Concave Forgestar 5-spoke) wheels, which are matched up to super wide Falken tires. Sitting nicely behind the Forgestar wheels are a massive set of front and rear Baer rotors and calipers, which will help this supercharged Ford Mustang stop on a dime.

Real Auto Works will be completely transforming the interior and audio set-up in the Mustang with a set of custom wrapped Status Racing seats and harnesses, Auto Meter Ford gauges, a STACK cluster, Innovative Motorsports 0T-2 unit, a AZENTEK smart mirror, a Recaro baby seat, Scosche wiring, Optima batteries, a Metra double-din trim panel, a Pioneer head-unit, and Image Dynamic speakers, subs, and amplifiers.

Is anyone planning to roll to Infineon Raceway in Sonoma, CA next Fri or Sat? Formula Drift is heading into town for Round 6 and will have qualifying on Friday and competition all day Saturday. Plus there is a Fatlace 1 of 1 sponsored car show too.

Infineon Raceway is one of the four original Formula DRIFT tracks on the circuit. Located in Sonoma, CA, Infineon is close to the world famous wineries and driving distance from both Oakland and San Francisco.

Utilizing only a portion of the full 2.52-mile road course, Formula DRIFT uses the exit for Turn 4A, Turn 7A, and Turn 7. One of the fastest tracks of the season, Infineon's course starts with a downhill straight that has seen drivers reach the 100mph+ mark before entering the fast right-hand turn. Drivers will have to use their best car control skills to manage the speed and slide back around the sweeping turns. Fans will be treated to some of the best tandem matchups that are very close and exciting.

The action heats up with less than 100 points separating the top drivers from the championship. With only 1 event before the Finals the drivers will put it all on the line to win. Round 6: Point of Impact will also feature the Fatlace 1 of 1 Showcase bringing out a collection of the finest vehicles in the Bay Area.
